CEI is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) community organization serving Daly City and Colma, California.

We are funded entirely by donations from private individuals and grants from private charitable foundations and government programs.

Members of our Board of Directors receive no monetary compensation.  Many of our executives and staff work on a pro bono basis.
